OPERATION CLEAN YOUR OFFICE

The Environmental Health Analyst of the Asunafo North Municipal Assembly in collaboration with the Management and the leadership has launched a comprehensive cleaning initiative "Operation Clean Your Office." This cleaning initiative is a call on all Offices within the Municipal Assembly to observe a habitual maintenance of sanitation and hygiene for a safer working environments within the offices of the Assembly. The Municipal Chief Executive, Yaw Osei Boahen together with the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Mohammed Alhassan Yakubu, the entire staff and all heads of departments were present during this official lunch at the Assembly's premises. Firstly, the Municipal Chief Executive, Mr. Yaw Osei Boahen welcome all present and assured management and staff his commitment and support towards this agenda. Mr. Boahen gave an assurance to constantly provide cleaning material to the Environmental Health Department to be able to carry out this exercise as an when necessary. Moreover, the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr Mohammed Alhassan Yakubu expressed his appreciation to the MEHA for such a vibrant initiative and urged all departments to actively involve themselves in this initiative. Maintaining a clean working environment calls for work efficiency, He added This collaborative effort, driven by the collective responsibility of the Assembly's leadership is to successfully address a crucial need to constantly keep the office environment clean. The "Operation Clean Your Office" sought to build a healthier and safer workplace by systematically addressing issues of cleanliness, hygiene, and the overall environmental well-being of the Assembly.The program focuses on all offices in the Asunafo North Municipal Assembly, emphasizing the crucial need for maintaining a pleasant working environment. The maiden initiative which was organized on the 9th April, 2024 was led by the Municipal Environmental Health Analyst (MEHA), for Asunafo North Municipal Assembly, Mrs Rejoyce Ntiamoah. Mrs Rejoice Ntiamoah in her speech during the launch of this program mentioned to the staffs of the various departments and units in the Assembly to be committed to this course and educated them on the essence and significance of the exercise. She urged them to fully part-take in this monthly exercise scheduled to be conducted.
